Should your experience fall short of expectations, we want to be sure you are fully aware of our return policy:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
Damaged or defective products:
If a product is damaged or defective when it reaches you, please let us know within 30 days of your purchase date by emailing email@example.com. We’ll ask you to provide a photo of the product you received, and after reviewing it, we will either replace the product or provide you with a full refund.
We only accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the original packaging, and unused.
If you’d like to return an unopened game, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject line to begin the process. Please note that we charge a $3 return processing fee, and customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product to our warehouses.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and issue you a cash refund or a store credit. If you choose store credit, we will waive the $3 returns processing fee.
Opened or used products:
We do not allow the return or exchange of products that are no longer sealed in the original packaging, or that have already been used. We have dedicated significant effort to crafting a product that caters to the requirements of all children. We encourage our customers to get to know our games or reach out to us at email@example.com if you have any questions about product fit.
