Return Policy
We love the reading games that we create and I hope that you and your child will too. In the rare case that you don't, we stand by our products and offer a 30 day return policy for damaged, defective products, or unopened products
Our 30-day return policy means that you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
Damaged or defective products:
If a product is damaged or defective when it reaches you, please let us know within 30 days of your purchase date by emailing hello@clevernoodle.com. We’ll ask you to provide a photo of the product you received, and after reviewing it, we will either replace the product or provide you with a full refund.
Unopened products:
We only accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the original packaging, and unused.
If you’d like to return an unopened game, please email us at hello@clevernoodle.com with your order number in the subject line to begin the process. Please note that we charge a $3 return processing fee, and customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product to our warehouses.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and issue you a cash refund or a store credit. If you choose store credit, we will waive the $3 returns processing fee.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@clevernoodle.com.
